American diver Zale Perry, a writer and writer from America, has dedicated her entire life to the sport. She was born in Milwaukee. She first learned to dive at the age of eight. Zale was both a skin diver (scuba diver) and pioneer of scubadiving in the 1950s. Zale was also an early tester of underwater equipment and an aqua specialist. In 1955, Sports Illustrated featured her on its cover. Later she became a certified scuba instructor and started taking underwater photographs.

Greg Louganis is a famous diver who has a unique background in both sport and acting. As a child, Louganis was a judoka and then a diver. After graduating from University of California, Irvine he chose to pursue a career as an actor. He took acting lessons and began to appear in commercials and plays. He began to act in television shows.

Alexandre Despatie is a Canadian diver who was born on June 8, 1985. He is the first diver who won three World Championships at one time. His accomplishment earned him a place as one of the top world divers. He is also a broadcaster who anchors the French-language coverage of the Olympic Winter Games.

Mike Nelson is a well-known diver. He was also a star of the television show "Mike Nelson" which aired on NBC. He was a former Navy frogman and a free-lance diver. His expertise on diving allowed him to save everything from a bicycle to a nuclear missile. The show also featured voice-over narration by Lloyd Bridges.
