Diver Stress & Rescue
The SSI Diver Stress and Rescue course will equip you with the skills to deal with emergency situations while you dive. This course includes both classroom instruction and hands-on training in emergency situations. This course will cover theory and techniques to reduce mental stress. The course will help you to manage various stressors and prevent stress-related incidents.

The importance of being able to recognize and react to stress in others will be taught. You will also learn how to give emergency medical aid if necessary. This program is suitable for children six to eleven years old. The goal is to reduce stress and make the experience fun and safe for kids. Children will learn how to act and freedive underwater, as well as how to play mermaid. SSI hopes the program will inspire more youngsters to dive into the ocean.
