PADI Advanced Freediver course

PADI Advanced freediving is a great course to enhance your freediving skills. This course will teach you how to perform under apnea as well as the correct breathing techniques for longer dives. In this course, you will also learn how to freefall and rescue a freediver when it is necessary.

Once you have successfully completed the PADI Advanced Freediver course, you will be eligible to take the Instructor course. This is the next step in your freediving career. This course will require you to master a static breath hold of three minutes 30 seconds and a dynamic breath hold of 70 meters. NAUI Basic Freediver Course

The NAUI Basic Freediver course can be used by anyone who wants to learn how freedive and improve freediving skills. It is a four-hour course that combines classroom discussion and pool time. The course will give you the fundamentals, as well as the physics and physiological aspects of freediving. The book also includes proper breathing techniques, equalization for deep diving, and how to adjust your body. You must be at the least 12 year old and have good swimming skills.


You should have at least a little bit of experience in the sport of freediving before enrolling in a more advanced course. Course SSI Basic Freediver

The SSI Basic Freediver course gives you the skills to dive into the sea. It combines classroom training and water practice. This program includes one open water session and two pool sessions. You will be awarded the SSI Basic Freediver certificate at the end of this course.

The SSI Basic Freediver Course will teach you how to swim 400m, dive 50m in CWT, freedive 20m, do simulated blackouts, and swim to surface. The course will give you the knowledge and skills to dive to 40 meters deep or higher. SSI offers certification programs that are recognized throughout the world. You will be able dive in all oceans. SSI Basic Freediver courses are also an excellent way to get wet and see whether you enjoy freediving or not.

Freediving Course by Molchanovs

The Molchanovs freediving course will take you from beginner to competitive freediver. You can choose from four levels of open-water courses or a Lap course to learn how to freedive in the pool. Once you have successfully completed the Lap, you can then move on and take the Wave course. It will teach you how safely to freedive open water.
