It focuses primarily on typology
Typology is the study of how different types of people behave in a variety of situations. The TDI training is designed to develop individuals' understanding of how their type characteristics impact their behavior in specific situations. It is important that you remember that a person's "type" is not an infallible trait.

There are many types of personality and some overlap with others. The personality inventory is a tool that will help you determine your personality type, but it does not have predictive power. This is often not related to an individual's actual life circumstances.
It focuses specifically on Jungian psychology
Jungian psychology is an archetypal type of psychology that encourages creativity. This field has many theories, practices, tools, and methods to tackle common historical challenges. This approach focuses on Jungian concepts as well as their application to human behavior.
Jungian therapy emphasizes religion, but it is not mandatory. Carl Jung encouraged patients find meaning in their religions, but most major religions are less relevant to modern society. Jung believed that one should find their own source or meaning in a broader context. This may involve finding balance across many aspects of one's personality.
