Sherwood Scuba has a problem with its BC. It's not up to standard and doesn’t give customers the information they need to resolve the matter. Thomas Cranmer, an Undercurrent reader, had a problem with his BC. He emailed Sherwood twice, filled out the "Contact Us" form and was not able to get an answer. Sherwood does not have a physical address. He eventually sent a certified letter to the Irvine, California, address found on the company's brochures. But that letter was returned without a forwarding address.
