Thomas Cranmer, an Undercurrent reader had a problem in his BC. He sent Sherwood two emails and completed its "Contact Us” form. However, he was unable to receive an answer. Sherwood's website does not list a physical address. He finally sent a certified mail to the Irvine, California address listed in the company's brochures. However, the letter was not forwarded.
