The SDI Review process yields one of four outcomes. These are: Approval (denial), remand, remand, recommendation for waiver, and remand. The process empowers businesses to make cost-savings, regardless of whether it is done in-house or externally. SDI integrates with existing portfolios to reduce waste and provide mission-critical functions. SDI also offers managed services programs and independent contractor compliance. To provide the best possible solutions to each client, SDI aims to integrate its operations.

After receiving the SSDI review completed by the SSA, it determines whether to approve or deny and if it should remand for further information. It then sends a memo to the MDH Unit, indicating whether the data-related agreement is approved, deferred, or remanded. The MDH unit can proceed with execution if the agreement is approved.

If an application is denied, the SSA will send a second notice. Within sixty-five days, the denied applicant can request a hearing before an Administrative Law Judge. This hearing is the same as those on disability issues. You can have it in person, via phone, or by videoconference. The hearing can be held in person, over the phone or via videoconference. Witnesses may be brought to testify on the issues and circumstances surrounding denial. The ALJ may also arrange for expert testimony to support the case. The ALJ will inform the applicant in writing if the application is denied. The hearing may take several weeks to complete.

Cognito Forms submitted a data-related agreement to SDI Team

A Data-Related Agreement (DRA) is a legal document which requires the approval of the SDI Team before execution. These agreements must submitted via CognitoForms. The SDI Team has 30 day to review the Data-Related Agreement and may ask for additional information like security controls and an SOC 2 Type II audit. They can also ask for additional questions, such as data migration questions.

Once a Data-Related Agreement was submitted, the SDI Team would review the documentation and propose contracts. The Agreement is subjected the same privacy and security policies that other forms of documentation submitted via Cognito Forms.
